Who are the Moderators?

  • The Oakland moderator is Joe Rivero.  He has spent most of his life leading organizations in the US and abroad. He has worked in the aviation, construction and chemical industries.  Before retiring, Joe was the chief executive of a large, international distribution company. He has owned a number of small businesses, in design, consulting, and the restaurant industry.  Joe has conducted business around the world, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

What is the Cost ?

  • $45 if pre-registered (see 4 ways below, including credit cards) plus booking fee

  • $55 on the day of the event (no Credit cards allowed at the door)

  • Add $40 to include a Business Planning Software CD. This PC-compatible software is not a part of the Workshop, but is offered at a discount ( $100 value at retail) & only available with registration.

  • $5 discount cards are available from SCORE counselors
