Who is the Moderator?
- The moderator is
Hank Weiner,
who has over 35 years experience in international trade.
During that period, he was involved in sales and
marketing of restaurant equipment and foodstuffs. Subsequently, in partnership
with overseas interests, he developed a
fast-food concept and opened and operated 6 outlets in the Bay Area. After
that business was sold, he continued his restaurant involvement as a
consultant to other restaurant owners, helping them to improve their
operations and marketing activities.
